dc.description.abstractMediation is an effective way to reach to an agreement without reaching to the court system. This study aims to study the proper procedure of mediation and its implication and impact in Pakistan, as it is not obligatory in the country. The meaning of mediation presented here, introduced for stage arrangements, states three conditions for building up mediation, the free factor influences the likelihood of the grouping no go between to middle person to result, the autonomous variable influences the likelihood of a change into the arbiter stage, the go between influences the likelihood of a progress into the result stage at each level of the free factor
