Abstract
Employees are the backbone of any company therefore their management plays a major role in deciding the success of an organization. This project is a real time android application connected through global positioning tracking (GPS) system. In our project, the company CEO will create different levels of managers through which they can track all of the employees and managers. Our purpose system is to make simpler for the managers to keep track of their employees. The session time between employees and managers is manager defined. Most of all, the employer can assign tasks to employees and assess their progress in order to keep track of employee performance.
We developed this application in android studio and admin panel in Phpstrom. It is simple to understand and can be used by anyone who is not even familiar with simple employees’ system. It is user friendly and just asks the user to follow step by step operations by giving easy to follow options. It is fast and can perform many operations like online order submission for a company.
