Abstract
Automated Management system will help to solve the FYP problems. Like some students have to face the many problems in their FYP project to find the ideas of their projects or find the efficient group members, Advisor, co-advisor and etc. In this system, the Student & Teachers can register their selves on it .Students can share their ideas and can also see the ideas for projects shared by the Advisors. The Advisors can also approve and dis-approve the projects ideas of the students. They can find the Group members for their projects without any problem. Students can find the Advisors and co-advisors in a manner way. It will reduce and save a lot of time for the students and the teachers and prevent both from cohesive Environment. This system will also help the university department in a systematical way to provide the facilities for the teachers and students. It will provide the ease both of them to continue their circular activities except to waste the time in finding the ideas, advisors and group members.
