Abstract
Finding laborers for short term work requires human physical efforts and time. Similarly, laborers also face difficulty in getting work. “GENTAX” will provide businesses and individuals the flexibility of finding and hiring registered laborers online for short term work. Type of work can be Building & Construction, gardening, farming, driving, home services, office and admin, industry and businesses, etc. The system will also be beneficial for workers as they can find their work easily. The system will set agreements between employers and workers. The system will provide a secure payment system upon successful completion of the work. The system will also provide employers and laborers to provide their review and feedback. Employers will rate laborers according to their work performance and laborers will provide ratings to their employers.
