Abstract
Illustrating the Child Abuse in Pakistan is research thesis for enlightening the causes and effects of child sexual abuse. It is a worldwide problem and in Pakistan many laws have been promulgated under the guidelines of child sexual abuse laws in countries like United Kingdom, United States of America and India. The Child sexual Abuse is an offence anywhere in the world, the trial procedure may be different but punishments are more or less the same. The abuse is prevailing in Pakistan very rapidly due to certain reasons and flaws in socio-legal system. The system can be made better by proposing suggestions in legal and social setup which requires hard-work by every individuals of our society. In my thesis I would like to discuss causes and effects on the victims and its family. Further I will conduct a comparative study of child sexual abuse laws of United Kingdom, United States of America and India.
