Abstract
Job Stress in Aviation industry can become the cause of effectiveness or defectiveness for
an organization if treated properly. Environment of an organization could play an important
role in maintaining the employees’ psychological issues in situation like global pandemic. In
this study, the impact of job stress and organization effectiveness has been studied side by side.
The quantitative analysis has given the figures how the employees tackle with such issues and
what they expect form their organizations. SPSS software has been used to conduct factor
analysis, KMO test, correlation regression and reliability analysis. Furthermore, the histogram
charts have given a clear picture.
The goal of this research was to verify the mediating role that the organizational
environment can play in such a situation. Many Airlines have human resource management
deal with these circumstances. A through administration can go a long way. The results of this
study have clearly shown the positive relation that job stress and organization effectiveness
may have on an organization.
