The representatives of small urban areas reliably noted violations of labor laws and their negative consequences in favor of state aid to workers. Our understanding of the industry is limited: it uses the most modern workforce, the level of restless tolerance, working conditions - not quite the lowest wages allowed by law, with almost zero safety from various types of abuse and openness to risk, without any components of change, inflexible institution and little to no interest in improving human resources and supporting the needs of older people. There is no main reason why a public authority should not take some or all of the proposed measures. This research paper try to look inside the small industries and evaluate the legislative obligations that have been followed, and it can be seen that government lack in providing a comprehensive and protective environment to the labor initiating a capitalist norm within the industrial system.
