Abstract
The Online Ticketing System of Railways is web-based application that give the complete information about railways. Chapter 1 is business study. It describes the existing system and how it works and about the information gathering. Chapter 2 is Introduction of Feasibility report that describe whether or not a project is worth doing. Feasibility Study is performed for determining the feasibility of a project. Chapter 3 is software development life cycle. In Chapter 4 Gantt chart is available. In this chapter we draw a chart which shows the time spend on each step. Chapter 5 contain functional requirement. Chapter 6 is Non-Functional Requirements. Chapter 7 is about Assumptions and dependencies. Chapter 8 is about system architecture. In this chapter we discuss whole architecture of the system through different diagrams. In chapter 9 we discuss use cases of the system. In chapter 10 we discuss about data dictionary. In chapter 11 whole systems GUI are available. Chapter 12 is about software testing. The whole testing is described in this chapter. In chapter 13 the future scope of application is described. Chapter 14 contains all references.
