Abstract
This research thesis aims to investigate the impact of high-involvement work practices on change_oriented OCB, as well as the mediation of felt responsibility for constructive change and the moderation of innovative climate. This paper contributes towards focusing on the under-explored field of the effect of high-involvement work practices on change_oriented OCB.
