Menstrual pain can disturb sleep, leading to poor sleep quality, which in turn can increase emotional symptoms like anxiety and depression. Menstrual pain, sleep quality, and emotional well-being are interconnected features of menstrual health .Poor emotional well-being can increase sensitivity to menstrual pain and sleep disturbances. All these variables can be linked to the screen time. Understanding these relationships is essential for developing effective treatments to support individuals who menstruate, improving menstrual health, sleep quality, and emotional well-being. By exploring these links, researchers and healthcare providers can develop targeted strategies to address the complicated experiences of individuals who menstruate.
