dc.description.abstractNow day's the companies that provides best after sale services to their customers are increasing their businesses rapidly due to their good after sale service. Customer's values a lot to after sale services. To increase the reputation of a company the quality of companies after sale service matters a lot. Customers, while comparing the competitors companies products gives much importance to their after sale services and ratio of complaints of each company product at buying time. To keep in mind the importance of customer complaints for the companies we have designed a website that will help companies to manage and resolve the customer complaints as soon as possible.en_US
