There is a direct connection between employee engagement and better organization performance. There are always visible signs of employee engagement which reflect in his/her work. Employee satisfaction and performance level is one of the critical factors which suggest the current level of employee engagement. This study is conducted to examine level of employee engagement in organization by structured questionnaire. Data is collected from seven departments of Wilshire Industries and analyzed using Statistic Package of Social Science (SPSS). After getting results from SPSS we have three variables (pay, recognition and leadership) that show the disengagement of employees of the company. Wilshire HR manager proposed us to apply an intrinsic motivation plan to improve employee engagement.en_US
