dc.description.abstractMany studies have linked domestic violence to socioeconomic characteristics such poor education levels, poverty, and low self-esteem. Further research is needed to fully understand the intricate interplay of these factors and their effect on domestic violence. The purpose of this research is to analyze how factors such as low socioeconomic status, lack of education, and low self-esteem contribute to domestic violence. The Qualitative approach is used in this study and one on one interview method is used. In order to collect the data, the researcher interviewed lawyers, doctors and reporters. The interviews were recorded and then the interviews transcribed later on the themes/codes were driven from the interviews. The codes were further divided into subcategories and then describe into paragraphs. The two law case studies included in this research paper.
