Abstract
The aviation industry of Pakistan is characterized by intense competition. In this context,
organizational productivity is vital for sustained success, and employee performance plays a
pivotal role in driving overall organizational outcomes. This research aims to assess the
impact of organizational productivity on employee performance and the mediating role of job
satisfaction within the aviation industry of Pakistan.
This study investigates the relationship between organizational productivity, employee
performance, and job satisfaction. The research sample comprises aviation industry
professionals across various functional areas and hierarchical levels. The findings of this
study indicate a strong positive relationship between organizational productivity and
employee performance, suggesting that improvements in organizational productivity
positively influence employee performance.
Furthermore, the research reveals that job satisfaction acts as a mediating variable between
organizational productivity and employee performance. The results demonstrate that higher
levels of job satisfaction among employees significantly enhance their performance, which,
in turn, contributes to overall organizational productivity.
