Abstract
The aim of the research is to investigate the relationship between the government's provision of health and educational services and the contentment of its population. The standard of public health and educational services has a big influence on people's lives in Pakistan. This thesis explores the connection between people's satisfaction levels and the services rendered by the government in these areas. The study investigates citizen satisfaction with government-provided health and educational facilities in Pakistan. Through qualitative and quantitative methods, it delves into factors such as accessibility, affordability, and quality influencing satisfaction levels. Regional disparities and community engagement are also scrutinized. The study aims to inform policymakers and stakeholders for enhancing service delivery and fostering a more equitable society. Research data was collected through cross sectional method, the population size of the study is 13,004,135, and sample size is 378 according to Morgan table. SPSS, the (statistical package for social sciences), was used to interpret the data.
