Abstract
This thesis explores the impact of organizational practices on organizational performance, with a
particular focus on workforce agility within engineering consultancy firms in Pakistan. The
research addresses the limited theoretical frameworks in this area and highlights the negative
effects of environmental changes on corporate performance. By investigating how practices such
as employee engagement, IT utilization, and organizational learning influence agility, the study
provides insights into management strategies that can enhance organizational adaptability and
performance. The findings emphasize the critical role of an agile workforce in maintaining
profitability and competitiveness, especially in the context of rapid technological advancements.
This research contributes to the academic literature by expanding the understanding of workforce
agility and its importance in driving organizational success. It also offers recommendations for
businesses aiming to improve their competitive advantage through better agility practices.
