Assessment of the Level of Service at Allama Iqbal International Airport

Abstract
The purpose of tliis research project was to gain knowledge on the international departing passengers', perspective of the level of service within Allama Iqbal International Airport (AIIAP). The research included individual airport services as well as an overall level of service (i.e. in general). Feedback was obtained from airport passengers through a questionnaire (online and in-person). This was followed by analysis that was performed to determine the level of service in AIIAP, including the individual services, and the overall level of service. The results discussed showed tliat while the overall level of service was average, more of the individual services fell below the average rating than those above.
