Abstract
The objective of this thesis is to automate the screening and testing of cabin crew. Using data driven evaluation tools instead of traditional manual reviews aims to more accurately identify
high potential candidates while promoting consistency, fairness, and less recruiter bias. This
research used a quantitative design to create an automated screening system for AirSial's cabin
crew screening. Google Forms used to give out some standardized tests that looked at things
like IQ, emotional intelligence, personality, aviation smarts, and how well candidates knew the
company. Then, they crunched the numbers to make sure everything was fair and consistent.
Real-time scoring really made hiring easier and more efficient. This study shows how
automated tools for screening and testing can help pick the right candidates better than the
usual methods. So, if companies want to boost their workforce quality, match candidates to
jobs better, and speed up the screening process, it gives them a useful model to follow. For
airlines like AirSial, this approach can really help with screening, especially for roles that tend
to have a lot of turn over, like cabin crew.
