The thesis is based upon the livestock population of Pakistan which currently has negligible th largest livestock population. These livestock animals are subjected to poor care and living standards. This in turn effects the quality of beef and milk obtained from those animals. As good human beings and muslims, it becomes our moral obligation to be good and polite to the animals. Pakistan lacks a fedral regulatory authority in the livestock aspect. The thesis focuses on that need and proposes a huge scale building complex which harbors all the basic and modernized services for cattle welfare as well as research in the field. Through proper regulation and management, Pakistan can become a leading livestock country in the modern world. It can also become a top exporter of livestock products around the globe.
