Abstract
In service providing IT organizations, employees play a vital role. Positive leadership quality of employees has an association with the innovation of IT sectors of Lahore, Pakistan. It is mediated by positive cognitions of employee’s i.e. psychological capital. This concept is enhanced by “Cognitive Mediation Theory” which was proposed by Richard Lazarus. This research study is based on investigating the impact of Authentic Leadership and Transformational Leadership on IT sectors of Lahore, Pakistan.
