dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to explain the impact of domestic violence on career orientation of the adolescents by exploring the association between domestic violence and career orientation. Domestic violence is a universal phenomenon and it has become more widely known in recent years (Persoob, 2010). Domestic violence can be defined as when one partner in any relationship abuses the other and want to control over the other person. The abuse can be physical, emotional, sexual or threats that influence the other partner (Chhikara, Jakhar, Malik, Singla, & Dhattarwal, 2013).en_US
