Abstract
One of the most common kinds of workplace harassment, sexual harassment, affects workers all
around the world. As a result, various laws have been enacted, including ones that define sexual
harassment and outline the legal options accessible to harassed individuals. Determining what
constitutes sexual harassment and how a harasser's behavior might be classified as such need clear
criteria. When defining sexual harassment, the unwanted aspect is critical in the majority of
