Abstract
Online Employee Management System is designed to meet the requirement of an organization working on manual systems. This project replaces manual work flow with fully automated system from Employee hiring process till resignation. This project is intended to facilitate every user's need, level of understanding and ease of use. Chapter 1 is Introduction. It describes the existing flow of organization. It describes the purpose statement, overview and scope of the system. Chapter 2 is Functional Requirements. This chapter covers the topics of Interface requirements, Data requirements, Business requirements and Security requirements to build this application. Chapter 3 is Non Functional Requirements. This chapter focuses on Client side tools/techniques, server side tools/techniques used. It also focuses on Performance requirements, Safety requirements and User documentation. Chapter 4 is Assumptions and Dependencies. This chapter covers the details of Administrators, Users rights. It also describes the system view on compatible machines. Chapter 5 is System Development Life Cycle. This describes the SDLC model and purpose of use. Chapter 6 is Feasibility Study. It describes different feasibilities to determine whether project is worth doing or not. Chapter 7 is System Architecture. It describes the architecture and purpose of using. Chapter 8 is Use Cases. It describes the different use cases for employees of organization. Employees are distributed as Users and Administrators. Chapter 9 is UML Class Diagram. It describes system structure and
relationships. Chapter 10 is Gantt chart. It shows Tasks/activities against time. Chapter 11 is Activity Diagram. It describes the activity diagrams for employees of organization. Chapter 12 is Sequence Diagram. It shows user sequences against different actions in a graphical way. Chapter 13 is ERD Diagram. It shows Data Flow and relations. Chapter 14 is Database Description. It describes Database architecture. Chapter 15 is Test Cases. It describes different test cases and their measurements. Chapter 16 is Test Cases for Administrator. It narrates test different test cases for administrators. Chapter 17 is Interface Layouts. It describes physical layouts of system for user and administrator. Chapter 18 is References. It contains references.
