This report presents the design and construction of a fully wooden replica of the Antoinette Barrel Simulator considered the world's first flight simulator developed in 1909, the project was based entirely on historical photographs, sketches, and museum exhibits. The objective was to bring this pioneering piece of flight simulation history to life using only wood, in a way that reflects the engineering principles of its time. Our handcrafted wooden structure simulates primary flight motions like pitch and roll, allowing aviation students to engage with the origins of simulator based training. This project not only serves as a tribute to early aviation innovators but also provides a valuable learning tool for future aviators
