Diabetes management is multifaceted, with both glucose control and sleep quality playing critical roles in overall health. Recent studies suggest that meal composition may influence postprandial glucose levels, which, in turn, can affect sleep patterns in diabetic patients. This study explores the link between meal composition, postprandial glucose responses, and sleep quality in individuals with diabetes.
