Abstract
This research was intended to check the impact of e-service quality on satisfaction among university students by keeping moderating role of e-leadership. Design/Methodology/Approach-Survey method was carried and adopted tools were used to collect data among 430 students from different students of universities of Lahore. All questions were rated on a Likert scale of five points (1= strongly disagree and 5=strongly agree). Sampling technique was Simple random sampling in my research work. Time Horizon was cross-sectional as there was time constrain. Regression analysis was used to see the significant relationship between e-service quality among satisfaction of students. In conclusion, the following results are drawn that there is a little relationship between e-service quality and students’ satisfaction but there is no moderating role of e-leadership among satisfaction of students.
