Abstract
This document is being written for the web application which we have been developing by the name of On Shop. On Shop is basically a web portal which would make sure the successful exchange of trade through internet for the local customers of Pakistan to purchase the products which they want to. This e-commerce website is developed in order to target the local market. Local businesses that is, the people who have physical businesses can take their online giving them a complete virtual shop.
By having a complete control of the information which they want to share with the world and attract the customers who are willing to buy products online, retailers would be able to showcase their products in a very easy and convenient manner. This document provides all the information which describes the working of the project and also how we have conceptualized the idea of an e-commerce website. This project is basically a web based platform with which we have targeted the idea of online commerce but have given significant importance to local markets. From introduction to the scope as well as all the technical information has been added in this document to provide the readers a sufficient overview about the working and development of the project.
