Abstract
From the commencement of humanity onwards there was a dire need of every period to develop the personality according to the requirements of
that specific era. In modern times, it is a scientific and well thought area of research and knowledge. Islam is the final testament of God and a complete code of life, which represents a complete and comprehensive model of personality development. This Research primarily depicts core Islamic
injunctions in this regards and their implications in present age. Applying Content analysis method. this research reflects that scholars from Muslim background and vice versa has elaborated personality development models with proper details as per need, Islam as a divine wisdom resolves all human problems through its commandments of both theoretical and practical. The study concludes that by following the Islamic model of personality
development, one can strive his best to achieve the success in this world and in the world Hereafter in true letter and spirit
