dc.description.abstractThis feasibility study report has been conducted to assess the viability of Sarena Apparels’ plan of moving into new building. We have analyzed and assessed Sarena Apparels’ Financial feasibility, Market feasibility and technological feasibility and on the basis of the result of these important parts of the feasibility study we have given some recommendation in the end of the document. Financial feasibility includes Ratio analysis, Net Present Value and Internal Rate of Return and Costing and Budgeting. Market Feasibility includes the market strategies which are based on the competitive advantage of Sarena Apparels for the next five years.en_US
