Abstract
The study examines how to merge modern smart technology into traditional Spanish Classical Mansion architecture. The 2.5 kanal house built on a 14 kanal plot aims to reinterpret Spanish classical architecture through a sustainable modern residential design. The primary design objective focused on developing a luxurious dwelling which maintains traditional Spanish architecture elements including arched corridors and red clay roof tiles and carved wood and ornamental ironwork and stucco finishes for modern living needs. The interior spaces follow an open floor plan design which connects different rooms to create a smooth transition between interior spaces and outdoor areas through landscaped courtyards and water features and gardens. The implementation of advanced smart home systems aimed to enhance operational efficiency and user-friendly experiences. Voice-operated lighting systems together with automated heating controls and intelligent security protocols and efficient water management solutions and HVAC systems comprise these smart home features. The architects incorporated these systems into the structure through thoughtful placement to preserve the historical aesthetic of the building while merging modern technology with traditional design. Sustainability was a core aspect of the design. Solar energy systems and eco-friendly materials were integrated into the project to decrease environmental effects. The implementation of passive design techniques combined with energy-efficient appliances ensured both minimal resource consumption and enduring performance. These design choices work to protect the environment while also promoting economic efficiency. Research activities for this project included examining architectural case studies and sustainable design practices together with heritage building technology integration methods. The research findings provided essential information that shaped important decisions about material choice and construction techniques and system deployment. The mansion exists because of these investigations which combine cultural heritage elements with contemporary innovations. This project proves that traditional architectural elements can transform to meet current technological standards and environmental requirements. The project establishes an example for future residential architecture which unites cultural heritage preservation with intelligent systems and sustainable practices. This design serves as my effort to demonstrate how architecture can achieve equilibrium between aesthetic beauty and modern efficiency and comfort standards.
