Abstract
The relationship between workload, pain level, and Oswestry Low Back
Disability (OLBD) among amateur fast bowlers is investigated in this cross-sectional
study. Prior studies have brought attention to the frequency of low back discomfort
and its connection to cricket players' workloads. The Oswestry Disability Index and
workload metrics were used in this study to gather data from 125 bowlers through
convenient sampling from different cricket clubs of Lahore. Significant positive
