    Weight-bearing exercises include strength training bench press,chest press, bicep curls, triceps extension, leg press, lateral pull down, deadlifts and calf raises that occur in the gym and lifting weight using different weight machines at the gym where a person works against some form of resistance to stress the muscles and bones. The growing bone in weight-bearing exercises possesses high capacity to adapt the mechanical stress, this improves the health of bone and helps to prevent osteoporosis later in a female’s life. Thus prevent the female from musculoskeletal issues with aging while non weight bearing don’t help to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal issues with aging, as they don’t provide enough effect to change or enhance bones physiological and biomechanics

    A category of disorders known as musculoskeletal disorders impact the nerves, tendons, and muscles that support the musculoskeletal system. Tight muscles generate an imbalance in the forces acting on the joint, which over time can result in pain and weakness as well as other issues that can make it difficult to walk and do other activities. For optimal musculoskeletal function and to maximize physical performance, flexibility is an essential component of fitness. Additionally, a sedentary lifestyle might reduce muscle flexibility. The range of motion is also lowered by tense muscles. Therefore, it's important to educate individuals about the risks associated with leading a sedentary lifestyle and ill health. Therefore, the goal was to identify any muscle tightness brought on by spending at least 7 to 8 hours sitting still.

However, it’s important to acknowledge that bike riding does come with inherent risks. Due to the long hours of sitting on a motorcycle, various types of posture deformities can develop among the population. These can include lumbar lordosis (excessive inward curvature of the lower back), kyphosis (rounded upper back), scoliosis (sideways curvature of the spine), slouch posture, and tilted shoulders.

This study was focused to find the prevalence of nomophobia and its association with academic performance among physiotherapy teachers and students in Lahore. It was a cross sectional observational study and data was collected through convenience sampling. Total sample size was 349 out of which 176 were teachers and 173 were students.

    Kinesiophobia is the term for the avoidance behavior that arises when a person has a cognitive behavioral fear of pain. This study was focused to find the Evaluation of Kinesiophobia and its association with Fatigue Levels in Patients Undergone angioplasty. It was a cross sectional observational study and data was collected through convenience sampling. Total sample size was 196 out of which male were 124 and female were 72. The data was collected using different questionnaire such as structure questionnaire, and Kinesiophobia was accessed through Tampa Kinesiophobia scale and fatigue level was accessed through piper fatigue Scale.
