ANKLE PAIN & INSTABILITY IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN SPORTS

Abstract
Ankle injuries are one of the most common types of injuries among athletes, especially those who participate in sports that involve running, jumping, and sudden changes of direction. These injuries can lead to pain, functional limitations, and even chronic instability, which can have a significant impact on an athlete's performance and overall health. The prevalence of ankle discomfort and instability in this population as well as the risk factors for these injuries are not thoroughly studied, despite the potential deleterious effects of ankle injuries.
