dc.description.abstractThis project covers the correction of process which starts from procurement of materials from vendors globally and produce finished goods and delivery to customers. This process includes Sole Manufacturing and Synthetic Leather Manufacturing by reducing shortage of materials in warehouses. Elimination of lead time increasing steps (Non value added). Process optimization of Logistics (Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, Customs Clearance), Planning (Production Planning, Stock Planning, Material Planning). Process standardization by benchmarking from different logistics bodies. E.g. FBR (Federal Board of Revenue). Furthermore addition of latest technology E.g. online information portal.en_US
