Increasing global elderly population burdens healthcare and families with health issues and dependency. Many choose nursing homes for high-quality care, but this affects physical mobility, leading to a sedentary lifestyle and reduced quality of life. OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study is to find out the correlation of functional mobility with quality of life in elderly individuals. METHODOLOGY: A cross-sectional survey was conducted at various old homes in Lahore in which 260 older adults were recruited by non-randomized sampling techniques. A quality-of-life questionnaire, early mobility scale, and mini-mental scale were used to collect data. Data analysis was done by SPSS-21.
