Abstract
Remote controlled forklifts increase work productivity and safety. They are formed from the
automation of material handling. In this paper, we describe about the construction of a remote controlled forklift capable of lifting from 1 to 5 kg by Arduino Uno microcontroller, DC motors
and screw-bar action for lifter applied. The vision behind the project is to get an affordable, easy to-implement solution into warehouses and other industrial spaces. The system also features
motor drivers, Bluetooth control, and safety elements like emergency stop and obstacle detection.
The report covers technical specifications, design factors, economic feasibility, and potential
applications in detail. The results show that remote-controlled forklifts significantly enhance
modern automated material handling solutions by improving operational safety and productivity
