Abstract
In 21st century, employee engagement has become one of the critical issues for organizations. It has been analyzed that all satisfied employees are not certainly the engaged or best employees in respect of loyalty & productivity. An engaged employee is fully aware with the goals of the business & put all of his/her intellectual & emotional efforts for the betterment of the organization. Employees form an emotional connectivity with the organization, when they feel fully engaged in their tasks. They start working with co-workers for the improvement of the company & psychologically tie a bond of commitment, which urge the employees to deliver beyond expectations.
