Abstract
In this project we solve the problems of the service industry with the help of the simulation and found the optimized solutions for the service problems. In this project we use ARENA simulation software. We select a hospital for the simulation study and tried to reduce the patient waiting time at the hospital facility. The use of simulation in the medical industry is increasing rapidly. This is the main reasons to select a hospital for the simulation studies. In modern world one of the major sector for industrial engineer are hospitals, through our project we have tried to enlighten the importance of an industrial engineer in hospitals. Collected and analyzed data for hospital service optimization
Used simulation software for better understanding of the service of the service provided in the hospital.
