We have studied the management issues arising in Bahawalpur Motors Limited (BML), an automobile company specialized in Motorcycle.BML follows mechanistic structure .BML recognized the growing need for low-cost and fuel-efficient motorcycles in Pakistan due to rising fuel prices and humble finances of the eneral masses. BML has entered the tough and competitive market of motorcycle manufacturing with lower prices and higher performance of their bikes. We have conducted our study through qualitative method the lack of primary organization backbone which is human resource department should be considered.Item Implementation of risk management plan a case study(UMT.Lahore, 2014) Naseem Khan; Shoukat Masood; Shahbaz ArshadWe are living in a business world in which requirements for quality and performance have increased significantly and a continuously control over the costs during execution of projects has become essential. Evaluating and updating uncertainties during the whole project duration has become an important part of the project management even for smaller companies. In the first theoretical part of project, process of risk are briefly described where as in second part, which is industrial case study & application based, we have explained how a risk management plan and risk register is documented in software Primavera P6 R8.2, how these can be categorized, how these can be associated with project activities, how these can be monitored during project execution stage and how reports are generated.
