The main objective of the study was to identify the factors which are hindering the production efficiency of the company. This study will help to analyze the loops occurring in the production process due to which company was incurring losses. This study adopts the qualitative research design where researcher initially identified factors based on extensive review of literature and then researcher constructed a semi-structured interview. Interviews were conducted from CEO, Manager, and workers of the company. Based on responses researcher generate themes which were analyzed by using NVIVO software.
