The main objective of the study to Identify/ Explore the factor that are affecting the lead time at designer guild. It will significantly help them to identify the area in manufacturing where unusual process or activities are occurring, implement the wastage control techniques, and streamline the workshop process. The research adopted a qualitative research design where data was collected by carrying analysis of the literature and carry out semi-structure questions among CEO and Managers of different department and also benchmark has done. The following response analysed by NVIVO thematic analysis used to identify those factors that are causing delay in the manufacturing and other processes of Designer Guild.
