    Status of health and safety measures in heavy industrial equipment manufacturing plant Lahore

    There is plenty of empirical evidence and literature highlighting the highly positive impact of transformational leadership on project success. Among numerous other factors, it has also been observed that the motivation of team members plays a key role in the successful execution of projects. This study main aim is to conduct qualitative research in the telecom sector to find out the role of trust in the transformational leadership for project success. For this purpose, in addition to the review of relevant literature, surveys of employees and project managers in the IT and telecom sector was conducted. 159 responses were collected via online method from Telecom and IT sector in Pakistan. Descriptive analysis, correlation, and regression analysis have been done by using SPSS 21 and mediation analysis has been done by using the Hayes process (Model 4). Turned out that transformational leadership is highly effective in building motivation in team members, leading towards accomplishments of project goals and objectives, milestones, and eventually, satisfied customers. Analysis of findings helped in determining the causal relationship between transformational leadership and project success with trust playing a mediating role.

    Subsidizing the effect of climate change through solar vegetation

    The purpose of this study is to subsidize the climate change through solar vegetation while taking into account the important role of solar vegetation. Climate change effects our environment and has various effects on the ecosystem either good or worst. The aim is to describe the climate change and subsidize it with the solar vegetation. Controlling variables used for the study are global warming, climate change, greenhouse effect etc. A sample size of 101 respondents has been selected in major cities of Pakistan. Correlation technique is used for the data analysis. The study strengthens and suggests the determinants of climate change within Pakistan. The findings show that Climate can be changed with increased in planting trees, reducing factories smoke, lesser use of fossil fuels. Pakistan has to follow the developed systems to maintain the ecosystem and control the overall change in climate.

    Factors hindering effective implementation of energy policies in Pakistan

    Despite the fact that Pakistan has had Energy Policies for nearly three decades, the country is yet to see a fruitful future. From political instability to international influence, Pakistan’s economic progress has been halted way too many times. The government’s inability to monitor progress or least implement energy policy to its full potential has placed Pakistan under the present energy crisis. This study focuses upon the underlying reasons that has held back the country from achieving it’s set energy goals. From energy consumption to preferable way forward, this research aims to find solutions to Pakistan’s energy deficit. A detailed look into the irregularities in energy project and how renewable energy can mitigate if not solve all of the country’s energy problems.
