The principal aim of the study is to identify / explore which factor influences M&P Cargo Services' order delivery. It helped them significantly to identify the field of production where unusual processes or activities take place, introduce waste management techniques and streamline the workshop. The study has followed a qualitative research approach, where data are gathered by literature reviews and semi-structural questions between CEOs and department managers as well as comparisons have been created. NVIVO 's thematic analysis examines those factors which cause delays in placement of orders and other M&P Cargo Services processes. The following results show internal reasons behind the instability in order to provide research to M&P Cargo do not work properly. The purpose of this project is to streamline all supply chain process by writing supply chain SOP’s and efficient use of bakery inventory by optimization of warehouse, storage and Standard Operating Procedure issues though interviews conducted and then their results are extracted from NVIVO. Also, high weighted SKU’s has been categorized from ABC analysis and performed with complete inventory wise & product wise reorder point to reduce their inventory cost and lead time so, that all supply chain activities could perform in an efficient and value-added processes. This project examined the causes that influencing delays in Sales Return Stock lifting from different Goods Forwarding Agencies/Customer Premises of North Region by Logistics department. As the study selected exploratory research design, so for this purpose we collected recent data through self-struggle. In order to analyze the problematic areas, the Logistics department provided technical support to our team and we were able to identify a problem in their process through semi structured interviews of staff and documents analysis. The results obtained show that the main problem of Logistics is related to delays in lifting the SRS to Warehouse department.
