These institutions use advance technologies and have an ample space for expansion with the need of modern improvement in technology. Institutions like these concerns great detail of research on both, student’s studying behavior, and standard of technology in cooperated with curriculum. These institutions mostly are designed on the basis of function, where the space is described by activities to be held. The academic environment of institutions is of major concern. The “activities the students undergo in their entire college life” and “the interactive space and learning environment they are well suited with”, are of great concern in planning and case studies are analyzed with the aim of drawing detailed and pragmatic conclusions and conclude with the suggestions to improve towards more supportive and helpful solution by means of combining architecture and design to get a learning institute. In this fast moving world performing arts is the best source for the entertainment which is also influencing our society. From the years, the art has been neglected in our country. The key reason behind is lack of formal education. There is a lot of talent in our country regarding this field and all talented indivisuals need training which is not available .If available then the space does not allow the number of students and their talent got wasted in other fields. The report includes the history, present condition of performing arts in the world and case studies of institutes of performing arts at both local and international level. Design considerations that should be kept in mind while designing a performing arts school are also discussed in this report. This project discovers the historical sport in contemporary and lively surroundings with advanced facilities. The polo retreat is to act as the most prominent meeting point for social, sports and cultural interaction. The main objective of this project is to extend a pleasing and befitting human environment to cater for the needs of its members and visitors with respect to sports, entertainment and culture. Most famous and iconic museums are mainly dedicated to house art works, or historical and cultural artifacts. Aside from the sheltering of the artifacts, museums often are landmarks, which contribute to the identity of a place. While the Automobile museum is built to exhibit and protect the vehicles involved in any historical event, political identity, icon of the industry, economy showcase etc. Auto industry is referred to as “industry of industries” in the developed world. Pakistan is among the select few group of 40 countries who manufacture automobiles. The auto industry of many regional countries has played a pivotal role in transforming those countries into economic tigers. Unfortunately the pace of this happening in Pakistan has been very slow. This study is focused to boost the interest of the people toward the automobile industry through the educational automobile museum. In Islamic state of Pakistan almost every type of museum is present Arts and Craft museum, National Heritage museum, Archaeological and Historical museum, Biographical museum, Judicial museum, Military museum, Money museum, Science and Technology museum and Transport museum (railway), but not Automobile museum. Even there is no such activity in by parts which educates the people about the automobile. There is no such structure in Pakistan which displays the Automobile History, Automobile Technology, Automobile Library, properly designed Automobile Expo, Automobile launch events and a research center for Mechanical advancements in the automobile technology to educate people about the car tech and repair. V This study proposed an Automobile museum in Pakistan to secure, restore, protect and exhibit the cars involved in above mentioned events under one roof, for public exhibition as well as tourism attraction. The museum will be run in the collaboration of all the automobile manufacturers of Pakistan, thus there is no ticketing for museum. Additionally many individuals have, for one reason or another, become uncomfortable or feel unwelcome in traditional church structures due to the historical hierarchies associated with them, the innate formality of the spaces, the perceptions of expected behaviors, or discomfort with language and interpretations of spirituality or religion. These changes have had a major impact on the economic and functional dynamics to which religious institutions must now adhere. While churches remain a venue for architectural expression, they no longer hold the position as the primary source for considering architectural culture; which has, for the most part, transitioned to museums, cultural, commercial, or office buildings.
