In Pakistan, bus service providers are poor because majority of them are still implementing manual work. Moreover, passenger and parents are impatient while they are waiting in bus stop because they are not able to know exactly how long to wait and how can detect the arrival time of next bus at the bus stop. There are two applications one for passenger and other for the students. Public Transport user track by the GPS technology and system will be designed to monitor student ridership in a safe and non-intrusive way. It will use a combination of RFID, GPS technologies for monitoring entering and exiting of students. Each student is issued a singular RFID card to hold. By the presently existing system, we are handling three terminals, a tool on bus, a tool at stop and a tool on the master bus stand to keep the track on the all city busses. By employing this tracking system, the arrival of the bus is detected near the stop and can be seen on the PC at the master stop. GSM modem also can transmit the bus information to the registered mobile numbers. Hence, we will control the vehicular traffic and may detect the arrival of particular bus at the stop. This happens when DNA base-pairs unwinds with formed complex and RNA polymerase starts working together, DNA converts to RNA by a procedure which is known as transcription. The upstream designated positions are usually negatively numbered relative to their positions to start site while the downstream designated positions are positively numbered according to their relative positions to Plus one position and the sequence located there is called promoter region that signals RNA to start the transcription. By our project we are trying to indicate those positive sites on DNA which will convert to RNA afterwards with the help of Bio-python and random forest. Our basic aim is to get the results on sequences which we got from the Data banks to identify the Plus One sites of RNA. After getting results and further processing we can find the biology of eukaryotes and prokaryotes.
