For accomplishment of the goals she didn't like interference in the decisions-making process. She was ,infact, concemed only with the completing of the job. Teachers were therefore' just implementers of the orders and policies. In general, the administrative environment was not collaborative, interactive and knowledge sharing. A general look of the institution showed that there was inadequate arrangement of hygienic food, filtered water, and sufficient opportunities for co-curricular activities. Informal talk with students and general field notes showed that teachers were traditional practitioners who were not interested in development of meaningful teaching-learning process. The research observed an interesting phenomenon that was not only the principal but also the majority of staff didn't like participative and knowledge sharing environment. In short, the institution was a traditional one having teachers and principal believing in transmission mode.Item Role of the Aga khan development network (AKDN) in the uplift of Hunza valley(UMT Lahore, 2002-05-13) AZIZULLAH BAIG
