In a classroom students taught under cooperative learning approach learn team building and positive independence within the group. Cooperative learning method enhances their academic achievement. Cooperative learning approach is best applicable in diverse classrooms where students from different academic and cultural backgrounds interact and develop diverse knowledge about a specific subject. When students from different cultural backgrounds engage in learning process in a team it also helps them to value each other’s opinions. To make sure that all the students are participating in knowledge construction, teacher’s role is very principal. Teacher is an essential part in this method. Qualitative method including three focus group discussions coupled with five in-depth interviews conducted with students registered in cohort subjects.Item The Impact of Electricity and Gas Load Shedding on Social, Economic and Psychological Well Being of Factory Workers.(UMT.Lahore, 2017) Muhammad Faizan JamilInflux of energy deficit wrapped everyone in its radar and this paucity causes towards the intense load-shedding of gas and electricity all over the country. Due to having power deficiency, residential and industrial areas are getting excessive interruption of gas and electricity that creates worst circumstance for the citizens. The progress and prosperity of economic circuit is heavily depends on the energy sector and due to having fierce shortage of electricity and gas towards the industrial zones, the working class of factories is becoming protuberant victim of thIs whole scenario. The purpose of conducting this research was to examine and co-relate the impact of energy crises with social, economic and psychological well-being of factory workers. Mixed research method was used to analyze the results through in-depth interview and five-lickert questionnaires, target population of this study was two rice factories of Mandi Faz Abad, from where twenty factory workers were selected for qualitative section through judgmental sampling technique and fifty factory workers were selected for quantitative section with the courtesy of convenient sampling technique. Results revealed that, significant negative relationship were found between energy crises and well-being of the factory workers in Mandi Faiz Abad
