Item Identification of Leadership Style on Teachers’ Turnover(umt.lahore, 2015) 1. Nimra Najeeb Gull; 2. James Anwar; 3. Sahar Zia Mughal; 4. Zoha Faiza KhanAbstract In this final term project, the researchers have analyzed the impact of behaviors of leadership style on staff motivation in Lahore Grammar School Landmark Wapda Town, Lahore. They have adopted the multifactor leadership questionnaire for leader and the reflective questionnaire for the staff of the school. Researcher used descriptive analysis in SPSS to analyze the collected data. The results of the analysis show that the perception of the principal is that he has Management by Exception: Active behavior leadership style dominant and in the perception of the teachers were that Management by Exception: Active leadership behavioral leadership style was dominant in principal. The result of leadership questionnaire was then analyzed with the last 3 years turnover rate of employees. The final verdict was that certain behaviors of leadership styles effects the turnover rate of employee of LGS and if the principal depicts Management by Exception: Active leadership behavior style than it is most probably going to be low turnover rate in other schools as well.
