    Human requirements are unlimited. Human beings want to achieve those unlimited requirements in a limited time. As a consequence, they want to do all works as fast as possible with highest degree of reliability. This in turn requires some sort of automation (i.e.work with less human intervention). Initially small business sectors were neglected but nowthey are grooming due to special consideration on them. We have also tried to lessen thehuman interaction and find best solutions for the dyeing unit, which is consider as thesmallest sector of textile industries. One biggest advantage of our software is that it can beused for vertical units in the industry

    Extraversion, self-concealment, and interpersonal difficulties in university students

    The current study aims to investigate the relationship between extraversion, self-concealment, and interpersonal difficulties in university students. Correlational research design was used for the study. Data were collected by using convenient sampling from university students (n = 300), men (n = 141) and women (n =159). Three indigenous scales - extraversion scale (Imran & Khurshid, 2022), self-concealment scale (Javed & Jabeen, 2018), and interpersonal difficulties scale (Saleem, et al., 2014) - were used for data collection. Pearson Product Moment Correlation’s findings showed that self-concealment had significant positive correlation with extraversion and interpersonal difficulties. Moreover, linear regression revealed that academic programs and self-concealment are the positive predictors of interpersonal difficulties in university students. Furthermore, independent sample t-test showed significant gender difference in interpersonal difficulties suggesting that men university students face more interpersonal difficulties than women university students. One-way ANOVA showed significant differences in extraversion, self-concealment, and interpersonal difficulties among different academic years, 1st year students of BS and MS face more interpersonal difficulties, 3rd year students of BS more conceal their self, and 4th year students of BS are more extrovert. The results of the study were discussed in the light of literature and culture. Further research was suggested with the study variables.

    Impact of Emotional Labor on Job Satisfaction

    Emotional labor has gained significant importance nowadays. Emotioanl labor has a direct impact on the job outcomes. This study aims to determine the impact of perceived organization support on the relationship between emotional labor and job satisafaction. Target respondents are the teachers and the sample of 320 has been taken to conduct this study. Perceived organization support may prove to be helpful in allievating the negative impact that occurs due to the consequences of emotional acting. Negative consequences of emotional labor includes job dissatisfaction, job burnout thus results negatively in terms of lower performance of the organization. Result suggests that perceived organization support strengthens the relationship of emotional labor strategies and job satisfaction and perceived organization support can be one of the variables that helps the company to improve the overall morale of the employees

    Mental toughness, academic procrastination and career anxiety in university students

    The current study provided valuable insight into the complex relationship between mental toughness, academic procrastination and career anxiety in university students. Correlational cross-sectional research design was used with purposive sampling strategy for collecting data from university students (N = 300) aged 19-32 years (M =23.28, SD = 2.05). The indigenous scales including Mental Toughness Scale (Anthony & Saleem, 2020), Student Procrastination Scale (Mahmood & Subhan, 2015), and newly developed Career Anxiety Scale were used for data collection. Factor Analysis revealed three factors of Career Anxiety Scale with excellent reliability and validity. Correlation analysis depicted that Mental Toughness had significant positive association with Career Preparation Anxiety while had significant negative association with academic procrastination and Intrapersonal Career Anxiety. Academic Procrastination had significant positive correlation with Career Anxiety. Regression analysis indicated that gender and Mental Toughness significant negatively while no. of times students applied for job and Academic Procrastination significant positively predict Career Anxiety. Mediation analysis depicted that academic procrastination fully mediated the relationship between mental toughness and intrapersonal career anxiety in university students. Independent sample t-test depicted that male students had higher mental toughness, academic procrastination, and career anxiety than females. MS students had higher mental toughness while BS students scored higher on academic procrastination. Higher mental toughness and career anxiety was reported among students who had applied for job. The study findings were discussed in the light of literature and culture.
