Importance of organic debris on the land of Islamabad
(University of Management and Technology, 2017) Muhammad Usman Masood
Pakistanis the sixth most densely populated country in the world and its population is increasing day by day. Due to the accelerated rate of population, deforestation rate is also on maximum. Deforestation consequence in environmental problems like water pollution, air pollution etc. In order to manage with the elevated population there is need to research soil, better methods for good crops yield. As most of the population is enduring from the malnutrition problem. Knowledge of soil science is substantial that is how to serve soil for the extraction of vital nutrients by the crops or plants from the soil. With the lore of befitting treatment of soil that is by acclimating pH of the soil and stuffing crops nutrients rich, malnutrition challenge can also be resolved. Because for each sort of crop pH adjustment of the soil is different. So, here a study was conducted on Islamabad land to explore the soil and its impact on human health and also by conforming the pH of the soil its nutrient contents were manually determined. In this study first of all survey of Islamabad areas and low lying areas was done. Rocks configuration process was observed in Islamabad. Water quality of low lying areas was examined by the tests which have been executed in the water testing labs of National Institute of Health Islamabad. Outburst of water borne diseases like Jaundice or Hepatitis A was seen which have been propagated by the usage of contaminated water in the certain areas of Islamabad. Rock formation phenomena in Islamabad was studied. Nutrient proportion of forest soil was investigated by the manual work as well as the nutrient uptake by the plants in basic soil was examined and by stuffing or adapting basic soil to the acidic soil its nutrient uptake by the plants grown in a peculiar field was studied. So, with the raised population it is required to maximize the crops or plants revenue and also to manage other matters like clime decline affecting water purity, air quality etc which are needed for a healthier life.
